IO1 - Mobile report about social and environmental entrepreneurs skills demand according to representatives from the sector
Mobile report will have a form of interactive resource and will be also available as mobile app. The report will include results of two parallel studies:
  • Questionnaire research done by partners among entrepreneurs, especially those working in coworking spaces and in different business fields. This part of research will identify what it really takes, what skills and attitudes are needed to be successful entrepreneur in today’s highly turbulent environment.
  • Focus groups and interviews done by partners among trainers. This part of research will show current methods and approaches as well as the main skills being taught and developed.
It will include tips for self-development for educators and learners.
IO2 - Development of the COWLECTIVE training package
The package will be a collection of tools regarding the main skills needed by the entrepreneurs as identified in the first output to turn a business idea into a business with positive social impact. It will be addressed to the final beneficiary of the project: vocational learners, especially entrepreneurs in coworking spaces in C-Vet context and new entrepreneurs, but also future entrepreneurs in VET. In order to make it a self-understanding set, the package will have a section for the methodology and structure of contents and will be developed on a Moodle open learning environment. The result will be a mixture of methodologies in training entrepreneurs: a mix of theoretical lessons, practical activities, assessment tools, practical experiences/business models, etc.
IO3 - COWLECTIVE learning method for social impact
This output will complete the training by supplying a learning method for teaching trainees to implement business practices with a social impact. Addressing the intermediaries, this learning method will help trainers to exploit the online training and go further in the field of social business with recommendations and pedagogical contents to increase the benefits to the final user. The learning method will be made of two main parts:
  • Specific recommendations established on the basis of the course different modules and foreseen competences for a best exploitation of the materials offered.
  • A specific training for collaborative spaces to train them in supporting the collaborative innovative design of this type of companies.
